The contract and remodeling phase is next for home remodeling. This is when the magic happens and your project is on it's way to becoming reality. We update you every step of the way with schedules and installations.  We work hard to minimize the mess and keep the construction area as clean as possible!

project development fees are 5% of the budgeted amount from the discovery phase

After the home concept drawings and budget have you excited to move forward, our Project Development phase picks up where our discovery phase left off.
During this phase we:
- Finalize plans, elevations and construction details. 
- Complete designer selected materials and finishes
- Produce a Final Proposal with accurate pricing
  based on your selections.
- Provide a complete project schedule.

DISCOVERY FEES START AT $1,000 AND ARE BASED ON THE SCOPE AND SIZE OF YOUR PROJECT!

Our discovery phase is the next step in exploring the possibilities of what your space could be. We created our discovery phase in order to provide you with enough information to make the best decision on your home design project.  During this step we will offer solutions to your space problems and bring out the hidden potential awaiting to be discovered.  During this phase, we:
- Measure, photograph and document your space
- Establish needs, wants and shortfalls of your space.
- Produce 2-3 design conceptual floor plans
- Establish a budget
- Discuss and Explore Materials
