Rochester, also known as the med city, is our hometown. It’s been ranked one of the top cities to live in the United States! We are home to the World Renown Mayo Clinic and one of the main IBM headquarters. Our favorite things to do around town include visiting nearby start parks, sampling local microbreweries and taking in the history of the town.
You can learn more about this area by visiting the Rochester website here.
Whether you have one of the historical homes in “Pill Hill”, Old Southwest or in one of the many neighborhoods built since then, we pride ourselves in keeping the historical integrity of your home and updating the features that make it unique. From a kitchen or bathroom to a whole home renovation, Stier Construction can help make the process simple and efficient.
The kitchen in the above photo is a renovation in a local Rochester home that utilized the existing foot print of the kitchen. New custom cabinetry in a white painted finish is accented with a dark walnut island. The large open window above the sink showcases the client’s view of their acreage.
In the kitchen above a custom coffered ceiling was added to the existing space in order to add architectural interest to the space. The marble backsplash helps create textural interest while keeping with the neutral color palette of the kitchen.
